Great place, had a wonderful anime event. Lots of kind friendly people and very attentive staff. I had the pleasure to watch the women's cricket that was on whilst the event was on and Sheffield slots I wasn't disappointed!
Room wasn’t ready for when we checked in, we travelled back from London and just wanted to chill in the room and relax after a long weekend away. Considering I paid £400 for a regency suite you’d expect it to be ready for the time you’ve paid for. Also I was told I’d get a phone call for when the room was ready and never received one I called the hotel at 630pm to be told then it was ready when check in is supposed to be at 3pm.
